Denison Announces New Long-Term Uranium Sales Contract
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 27, 2009) - Denison Mines Corp. (TSX:DML)(NYSE Alternext US:DNN)(NYSE Amex:DNN.A) ("Denison") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new long-term contract for the sale of uranium from its production facilities in the United States and Canada.

The new agreement provides for the delivery of 1,000,000 pounds of U3O8 over a period of five years beginning in 2011. The price under the contract is a combination of an escalated base price and published market price indicators at the time of delivery, subject to escalated floors and ceilings.

In addition to this new long-term uranium sales contract, Denison has three other long-term sales contracts in place, and ongoing discussions with additional prospective clients.

Mr. Peter Farmer states, "Denison will continue to enter into similar long-term uranium sales contracts with nuclear utilities world-wide at prices which will support the continued development of its uranium reserves and resources and the operation of its uranium production facilities."
