Message: Sierra Gorda

In my opinion, Quadra FNX's Sierra Gorda property is the most similar large scale project to Schaft Creek. Similar capex, similar operating costs, similar mill rate, similar mill expansion, and very similar economics.

The bad news for Copper Fox is that Sierra Gorda is "only" valued at approximately $2.4B according to a TD research report I have. The good news for Copper Fox is that the buyout of Quadra FNX shows that there is a demand for these large projects. My opinion is that Quadra FNX was bought out for two main reasons:

1. Their current production provides exposure to near term price appreciation

2. Their Sierra Gorda property will provide years of future cash flow

Obviously #2 is very bullish for Copper Fox.
