It looks like Greece has settled their negotiation. It seems their creditors had to take a 68% haircut, that is the bondholders that aren't currently loaning them money like the ECB, IMF, etc. There is supposed to be an announcement by Monday.

Also Monday is supposedly an announcement that the EU is putting an embargo on Iranian oil.
