I think you may be right about the CIC but don't forget that the 'mettle' was severely tested by BHP and POT. I know POT are nearly twice the cap but still a good comparison to make I think. But I agree with you that the CIC may think it is worth while trying again....

I would also agree with Metacomet that RIO will be VERY busy in Mongolia. That is a massive resource and probably lots more there as well. Not to mention the politics keeping them on their toes...They could well be wishing they bought in Canada before it all plays out but at least they don't have to worry about shipping! What will Vale do now with their huge ships? Buy a resource in Canada ???
