Elmer seemed convincing at the Van resource show when he said it would be done in the 1st quarter of 2012. I didn't ask why it was delayed last summer so thanks for sharing what Elmer told you.

Absolutely agree with the strategy of getting the FS correct and making it the best possible, it just would have been helpful to have some more explanation regarding the magnitude of the undertaking. I think I'll have champagne or a good whisky for breakfast if we actually get the the FS before the PDAC.
