Could someone have accidentally hit the "report violation" button by mistake.

I've always wondered why the button was placed so close to the "next message" button...

Seeing as I've never used that button I don't know, but I would think that you would also have to select a second confirm button before the violation is reported. Does anybody know for sure (I don't want to test it just in case!)

Just a thought.
