I think he was questionning or expressing opinions without facts. I guess its ok to ban someone when he's on the negative side but when its the other way around... well winners write history you know... I think he should get his membership back if the FS is out in Q2... anyway no one can pretend to hold the absolute truth in that regards because expressing it would be a violation of Rule Number 5 which mentions you cannot bash or act like you were holding undisclosed information...
