Wrong, no insider activity today. This is a clear signal that insiders are blacked out and can't exercise the options.

In this situation they have 10 days after the blackout is removed.

This seems to be a very long blackout because we didn't get any news this week....This aslo tells they must have sufficient Feasibility information in hand.
