So from this I take it we are going to have a News Release with some of the information but not all the details until it gets filed on SEDAR? Wouldn't that give Teck some breathing room to negotiate before the market at large knows all the specifics? Those 45 days could be the most important then.

That was exactly what Michael seemed to imply. I got the impression that Teck would use this time to negotiate and make their decision while the market was awaiting the official documents to be filed.

Michael did say he did not expect Teck to take very long in making their decision once they had all of the disclosure. It was clear they had everything but the mine plan in hand.
