This is the real world. This stuff happens all the time. Would be nice to have the business world operate in Utopia, but it doesnt. The company is not obligated to keep us abreast of every decision unless its is a Material Change. I believe they have done just that.

I think that you can never please every shareholder. Some shareholders right now are VERY pleased, others say it should have been handled differently. IMO Keep focused on the endgame, and the massive insider holdings and you will be rewarded. They are the ones privy to a whole lot more than we are.
