Despite all that has been said, CUU management have done a good job and it does not hurt to say that.

Most of us have only been here for three years or less and the potential of this project and our share value is quite incredible. All due to the work done by Elmer and his staff.

That is not smoke up their ass which they probably don't care about anyways
