This has been bothering me ever since the NR. This move seems to be a departure from the "package it up and sell it" program that we have been hearing about from CUU. The recent land grabs in the Shaft Creek viscinity were supporting this mission and fit in to the program like a puzzle.

But.....why new land in Arizona?

Then last night I recalled that back in the middle of April 2012, CUU participated in the Scottsdale AZ Capital Conference. This conference was designed to connect finacial professionals with growth stage resource companies in one on one 20 minute face to face meetings.

Maybe this recent move was a result of that conference. It still doesn"t really shine any light ES's motives, but it may explain how these properties were brought to Elmers attention.
