The Agoracom pool had a mean takeover price of $5/share.

This would put CUU's market cap at over $2B. This is probably a good starting point, even though the respondents probably envisioned different scenarios when giving their dollar.

When people are talking about additional financing, they are most likely referring to a JV partner much like the majority of their (Teck's) other projects. This will help alleviate some of the capital costs to get the mine up and running.
