"Sounds like a "district" to me"

Actually it sounds like a copper 'province' : Elmers view expressed in the audio at 06:19

Listen to Elmer from the 06:04 time mark

He clearly states that: "TECK like me believe that.." "there is a developing copper district" (06:16). So it seems TECK has accepted Elmer's view that we have a district, what is the significance of this?

CUU bought all the properties because TECK bought all the land between SC and Galore.

Note he stresses the location, location, location

and he states that they had a "very successful 2012 exploration program"
