Thanks Gusto... I agree that there is no reason to start panicing now.

Metal prices are not falling, they are either rising or at/near 3 yr averages.

This is a Bankable FS that has to go far beyond the feasibility studies we've been comparing too in terms of robust, accountable figuring that we can, well... take to the bank or a mining major with no fear of having to recount or backtrack on ANY of it.

I've worked on a 5 page document that took a month to complete. Every line was based on data that had to be reviewed and the calculations reviewed and referenced. None of that was near to the kind of detail that the BFS will require. With Billions at stake, I can't imagine what our BFS would need in terms of detailed study of our project. I never thought that our reviews would be completed in a month.

If the reviews find an issue, then add a month or so to figure it out, re-write it, and then review it. Look at how long our relatively simple RE took? I think our BFS pretty much started from scratch this spring when the big Tetra Tech delay got announced.

I dont' think there is a concurrent deal being worked on but that is more of a feeling and I'm not going to argue one way or another. I do think that the longer we wait for BFS without news, the probability of a concurrent deal rises.

Teck going on holidays? That makes me laugh. There might be an awkward week around Xmas but apart from that is is business as usual 360 days a year. I know execs at a company with a 1/100thd the market cap of Teck and they'll be working boxing day and every weekend in December. Sr management doesn't take breaks longer than a week or so.

Yes, I'm anxious to see the BFS asap, but I am far from panicing. I always figured that the closer we got to BFS, the less we would know about anything, the more scared we get, and the more shareholder doubt would rise (commensurate with an increased amount of bashing activity lol!).

The anemic volume suggests that there is also a lack of general panic with the folks holding shares.

all my own opinion.
