Message: Sharks are circling

Everyone needs to calm down and remember why you held CUU all this time. Many have become very active here. I understand all the reasons.

The Stock Market is designed to transfer money from the active to the patient.

For some reason, people take their cues from price action rather than from values.

Did you forget the value? Do you believe it has lessened?

Why all the talk of selling, mutiny, lawsuits?

Based on value is now a good time to buy?

The dumbest reason in the world to buy a stock is because it’s going up. Do just the opposite.

Markets are often priced on emotional reaction and not logic. CUU trading is a perfect example.

Avoid the herd mentality. It's building here ... and its one of fear and frustration. These lead to illogical reactions.

Don't be swayed by the fear mongers lingering on this board.

You bought on fundamentals. They are still there.

Trust your due dilligence ... not the guy who doesn't trust his own.

You’re neither right nor wrong because other people agree with you. You’re right because your facts about CUU are right and your reasoning is right – that’s the only thing that makes you right.

And if your facts and reasoning are right, you don’t have to worry about anybody else.

Hold as long as you can. Be greedy when others are fearful.

Most people get interested in stocks when everyone else is.

The time to get interested is when it appears no one else is ... like now!

You can’t buy what is popular and do well.

Buy quality merchandise (like CUU) when others are selling.

Price is merely what you pay, value is what you get.

Prospective purchasers should much prefer sinking prices. They are out there, and ready to take your shares.

They are hearing (thanks to this forum) and sensing those of you who are running out of time, or are losing patience, or those of you full of fear.

Investors making purchases need to recognize that it may often take an extended period for the value of even an outstanding company to catch up with the price they paid.

You are closer than ever to recovering your costs. Hold a little longer if you can. The silence can't last much longer.

Unless you can watch your stock holding decline by 50% without becoming panic-stricken, you should not be in the stock market. It happens.

I felt the fear of buying Teck at 3.50 and did it anyways. It paid off.

The buyers ... the sharks are circling.

Don't let them have your shares. We have seen the share price drop like this before.

We have seen them being devoured.

Nothing new. Tax loss selling, disgruntled investor(s) ... perhaps someone who needs the cash. Doesn't matter, volume is minimal ... we lost a few pennies in the past week.

I would hazard a guess and say that all here would agree that the current share price does not represent the value in your holding.

That said, CUU holders will win when this is over. Be one of them.

All my musings based on the wisdom and words of Warren Buffet.
