My theory: the strategy being to mute the FS and create a situation tailored to Tck's benefit in negotiating a purchase of the deposit. I think Mira etc is being kept in the dark as there are negotiations including adjoing properties not owned by CUU at stake.

Very well said Chappy... That was exactly what I meant in my earlier post. But what happens if the negotiations don't go exactly as thought? What will any other major think about our BFS. Unless negotiations have already been concluded.

Why all the delay's in the FS if their going to come up with a conservative FS?

We just have to trust CF....
