Sorry for continuing this thread. I've changed the subject title in an effort to redirect.

I've posted a thread in the OFF TOPIC board regarding what can and what cannot be seen regarding banned users and processed violations. Please go there to view the information if you wish to continue this thread. I'm hoping it wil put some other posters' minds at ease.
