My understanding is that the BFS was specifically designed for teck and based on agreed upon parameters prior to completion. The stipulations that Teck and cuu wrote restricted the information that they could include in the BFS.

I don't think the BFS as it stands was designed to attract any other suitors other than Teck. In fact, it's very possible that Teck wanted it that way so other companies would not try to compete with them.

All that being said, I agree that the document was confusing and management has done a poor job at PR and communicating with their shareholders. I'm of the opinion that they've had a deal worked out for some time and don't care about the current price or what the shareholders do. This is of course serious speculation, and perhaps my way of placating myself given the current stock price, but I'll be hanging on until the end. It's ugly to look at but the company's in a better position than it was a couple of years ago and everything is moving along, so if the value is there, why consider getting out, despite the blatant manipulation and undervaluation seen in the stock price. This will pass.
