Pondering this for the umpteenth time and it occurs to me that there is no reason why they would need to consider only 20%, 40% 75% shares for a backin

Those were benchmarks that were defined by the Salazar agreement with specific price mechanisms

..but they can, by mutual agreement, set any of those terms aside

They could do whatever ratio they wanted, as long as CUU agrees....
