IMHO you are bang on! They are most likely setting up a CUU2, as Elmer has stated Teck wil not get the Arizona properties. Therefor........... if this is what is going on at the last minute, Teck must be buying CUU 100%.

I like your enthousiasm but I fear it is only wishful thinking at this stage. I learned to expect the worst and get delighted by every small positive outcome. I will be delighted when we deliver the bfs within the stated timeline!!
