IMO this NR is telling and it's vagueness. It's almost like ES doesn't feel the need to 'alert' the public and that this NR is simply for formality. It's almost like they know that adding these important details to the NR would have little to no effect on the sp. This tells (me) that we are very close to getting something that will be way more important than a JV/backing of Teck. My gut tells me that this month will finally be a good one for us (or it might just be bad chicken).
