Just read thru it again, looking for a tax consideration

Didn't see anything regarding taxes, but even so, we just needed to show break even to qualify the study as positive

I really don't see how Teck could object, even if they wanted to, which I do not believe is the case

And at this point, they are simply out the Liard shares...and the rest of the project if they aren't happy...
