I originally got excited about investing in CUU in 2010 from noticing Mcdonald's numerous purchases at that time. However; while following Mcdonald is what got me a large position with CUU, it's Ernesto that has really kept me invested. There has been some minor selling relative to Mcdonald's 12 million plus shares holdings but not a one from Ernesto's. Just a steady ongoing financial commitment even as recent as the Jan 16/13 private placement of $1,500,000 fo 1.76 million shares @$.85.

In fact, since Sept 7/11, Ernesto has committed a total $25,705,000 in 8 private placements while purchasing 21,600,000 shares with an average cost of $1.19/share(7 out of the 8 placements ranged from$1.50 to $1.15/share) with 19.8 million warrants attached (with strike prices ranging $1.75 to $1.00).

As of yesterdays' closing at $.82, he is out ONLY $8,000,000 from the above private placements and NONE of his warrants are in the money and will expire one year from issue.

How pleased can Ernesto be about this as he PATIENTLY? waits? If we longs are ticked off about the recent turn of events, how do you think Ernesto feels?
