I also want to add, if Teck allows the 30 days to expire without an objection, the clock has started on Feb 4th. then we will have earned the Liard shares, and we then hold the strong hand re. the contract.

If the offer from Teck isn't acceptable, we can just say no, choose your backin and we're selling the remainder to the highest bidder.

Our weakness, and some of the confusion here, should end on March 6th........chunky
