ES sell on Friday

According to INK Morning Insider, Elmer Stewart sold 79,000 shares at 0.78 last Friday. Not what I wanted to see. Anyone care to read those tea leaves and come up with something positive?

Edit: I know that there are all sorts of reasons for selling and only one for buying, but this underscores ES' tone deafness when it comes to the kind of image to portray in the marketplace, imo.
