Unfortunately for us this is true although I would like to add that the Major's willingness to pay for a mine's potential as well as it's location and the CAPEX can make you more attractive even with a higher price tag.

If I'm Teck, for example, would I prefer to pay that extra cash now for what is potentially a district, knowing that I could eventually lose it to a competitor? That I could increase grades and add years of cashflows on possibly higher metal prices? This is imo what might put us in a better position vis-à-vis other mines, even in Canada.
