It could indeed have a clause limiting our capacity to sell to anyone

But why on Earth would CUU agree to such a stipulation

Not saying they wouldn't because I am seeing very little backbone now in dealing with Teck

...but to simply relinquish that marketing flexibility would be ludicrous, IMO
