I wonder if Teck might play that card with us should there be a negotiated buyout price impass, i.e. make an official offer late in the game but one contingent on our sourcnig out official competing bids and giving Teck FROR.

Doesn't our agreement protect us against that? Terms and timelines are spelled out pretty specifically. Back in, buy out or walk?

Also, I echo Meta's statement that Liard shares need to be transferred ASAP. Our increased share price can only help us in discussions, and Teck doesn't get them back till they finish earning them back. If they do buy us out in full, do they really even need to be transferred back because they are swallowing us whole?
