OMG this again !!

This was a non issues before the 30 days and now that the 30 days has passed it's still an issue ?

A NR (signed off by Teck) was issued on the 4th, 32 days ago today...

Teck received the Feasibility appendices Dec 2012, Teck has been working with CUU since Jan 2010.

If Teck wanted out they would have walked a long time ago.

CUU is currently in discussions with Teck and that's a good thing. they don't need to start demanding things and showing teeth during discussions.

The longer it takes the more positive the doubters should be.

The Liard shares are legally ours no matter what the back-in is....... unless a buyout.
