I'm betting Copper Fox Minerals is a 100% sub of CUU and owns the other two. It will make it easier to split it off if Teck buys us out 100% on a cash/share deal. Also leaves the option open to sell the Arizona properties to more than one buyer rather than a package deal. I think Elmer & Co. have covered most of the bases.
