I think the groaning will "in short" be a longer waiting period just to get the hydro to Shaft Creek/ Galore Creek...and the EA. JMHO

I think it has allways been about that. Everything else is in place.

Now we might get a drill plan to buy more time for Teck....but in the long run it would also help us to have the EA and the hydro all ready put in place.

Lets just hope the weather this summer is good for the NTL to reach us and get-r-done.
