If the contract does exist the way you see it, then we wouldn't have to negotiate anything with Teck right now because after 120 days we would own it 100%.

Perhaps CUU think that we are worth more with a partner and 25% then without a partner and 100%? Maybe this is why they are so accomodating to Teck.
