I hold Generaledger in the highest regard. no rash swings or wild speculation like we ocasionally encounter from the odd poster here.

In his last post, on the 14th. he said, Hector has joined the group in meetings with TCK for the last 4 days, last week.. I believe we can take it to the bank.

To me, that indicates we're close to a resolution with Hector addressing the legal details.

I hope it's more than my wishful thinking, and that we will get news this month.....chunky
