I decided to take a quick look into this. It looks like the term "bankable" has been declared redundant.

See slide 112 in this presentation put on the the BC Securities Commission:

There should be no difference between a “bankable feasibility study” and a “feasibility study”. The concept of bankable is already built into the definition of feasibility study."
