4.1(a)(ii) subject to 4.2(b) Teck will make a cash payment of $20 million to Copper Fox with in 3 business days of the Production decision ..... My interpretation of this is that Teck has to make this second payment to Copper Fox wether it decides to build or not to build. So there is some obligation to spend money exploring, but this whole point is mute as Teck would not have signed this JV had it not intended to further explore and build a mine. IMO ...
