There are only two things going to force Teck to buy us out: the perceived value will increase and meet or exceed our buyout price, or, it will be time to build the mine and they would like a paying partner of their choosing.

You forgot a 3rd thing, someone else comes in and we use the Right of First Offer on Teck.

During a past webcast Elmer mentioned that we had been receiving interest from Korea and India, but that nobody will do anything until they know what Teck is doing. Well now they know.

Teck caught analysts by surprise, came in 75%, took all the land and they're paying for everything. And notice how Teck hid the financing mine part in their NR...lol. That says it all to me.

CUU's 25% can now be sold to anybody, with or without Teck. We're already very attractive to a major, we have everything a major is looking for.

After we prove the east, we'll just be that much more valuable and attractive. I'm comfortable with that because it's true.

I see the next drilling results being the next near term catalyst. Look at the volume and buzz CXO got from 1 hole.

Proving the East will demonstrate that they can make the pit much much wider to get to the depth. The smart money will understand and so will the majors following this.

Name of the game, nobody will see the buyout coming until it happens and when it happens it'll be to late.

As an investor, I'm just happy knowing that CUU has everything majors kep ssaying they're looking for (even mine fianancing). And now that Teck is out of the way, companies can approach us and we're in that ''buyout'' zone.

In the meantime, while I'm waiting for that moment, Teck is going to be out there to prove that Schaft Creek will be double the size, double the depth. To me that's a catalyst.
