SC will be producing when it's built. And Teck has to sell the product when prices are high, not start building when prices are high.

Again, this is about a major securing our 25% for their long term plans before soemone else does.

And I mentioned why this is attractive: Canada, Teck partner and agreement, no enviro issues etc etc etc.

Why did First Quantum grab Cobre ($5.1 Billion + $6 Billion to build), why did Glencore just admit they have a line up for their copper project in Peru ? Why did Misubishi take 18% of Quellaveco ? Why does Sumito want to invest in new copper projects with Teck ? And we know what the BHP CEO said.
