Message: Spoke with Elmer

To whom this may concern,

Elmer is awaiting the assay results like all of us! He asks people to contact him for your concerns and questions and not rely on internet posts. My post is valid and honest so you can believe this one lol.

Anyways, I asked him about the operating costs and economics of Schaft Creek. Some here do not realize or understand that particular factors that are unknown to people that can greatly improve the value of Schaft Creek.

"Another aspect of the value at schaft creek is the exchange rate to which the project economics is most sensitive. The current exchange rate is three points lower than that used in the fs. This alone adds significant value in addition to your comment on the inferred resource within the pit" (Elmer).

My comment was:

"Is it not true once you convert the waste within the Pit Shell to an M&I category the operating costs are dramatically improved? In doing that, your overall economics of the deposit greatly increase" (me)

He also stated if the inferred is upgraded, the mine plan would be updated and most likely the waste would then be considered ore. "If the Inferred resource contained within the current pit shell is upgraded to either Indicated or Measured; these after an updated mine plan is configured this material would most likely be included as ore not waste" (Elmer)

He continues to say: "This essentially means that more revenue generating rock and less waste is moved from the pit shell thereby increasing the overall revenue and decreasing the total waste. (Please note the magnitude of these changes can only be quantified after review by independent mining engineers.)" (Elmer).

This does not include the resource on the East Paramount, increased production of ore milled, improvement of recovery rate in metal extraction, resource outside of the Pit Shell of course IMHO. The upside is huge for a different NPV valuation. Elmer urges people to contact him, if anyone would like his direct email please private message me.

Thanks
