I feel the same.

From day 1, Elmer states that Schaft Creek is a mine that they cannot take into productions and he believes only a few miners in the world and that Teck is one of them.

So...

we got teck backing into this project. paid $20 million to CUU and $40 remaining.

Teck is putting $15-20 million in drilling as well.

If anyone tells you that Teck doesn't intend on developing SC, why the heck are they drilling at all then? The fact that Teck is an active operator of SC right now, it shows how interested they are in wanting to get the results asap and get commercialization going.
