BTW, IMHO CUU will be bought out one day and Elmer will continue doing what he does best, prospecting :) (I just added that wee bit so as to not break the rules as I mentioned CUU)

There you have it, my personal opinion, no backup, just my own DD on what Elmer has done in the past with other ventures.
