This assumes they can pull one over on Elmer and EE with all the optimization work. This work, if properly done, would reveal the true value and most economical way to extract it. A real lowball offer may still come but Teck would be conducting business in a really bad way which I understand it hasn't in the past. There are comparable numbers for other deposits and CUU probably already know what a fair offer would be, as we have speculated upon here.
Cuu would then have to decide what they will accept in what will presumably be a back and forth of some negotiations.
There is the district potential, etc. Cuu has been patient until now, hope it's been worth it.
