The 92 cent NAV Elmer discussed, its mainly from the Van Dyke asset! It is very clear Elmer wants our share price closer to the NAV price, very posiitve that he mentioned it in public. He strongly believes the stock can get there.

Now, imagine the updated economics at SC......this only increases our NAV number!

The floor is 92 cents folks. Elmer's words.

Desktop studies and results will be announced, maybe limited information but we will get a news release on this development.
