Message: Production decision

"Cuu is interest in scjv is a carried interest. Don't see how that works in tecks favour announcing production decision. "

Carried interest is a term typically used to reflect the following arrangement:

"carried interest is a participation in an investment venture where the holder gets a share of the cash generated by the project (profits or cash flow) without having to contribute anything to the venture’s costs.  The holder of such an interest is “carried” in the sense that the other venture participants pick up the burden of his share of project expenses."  https://practicalstockinvesting.com/2012/01/20/what-is-a-carried-interest/

If you still want to use the term carried interest then you should specify that CUU does not have a FREE carried interest.   What CUU really has a is 25% stake in a unfunded mining project where our share of financing for the project build is guaranteed to be arranged for by the operator.   Our share of the debt will be paid down with our share of cash flow in the first 4-7 years, depending on the build cost and initial production cash flow.
