You seem to under-estimate the importance of Teck in the JV. They have access to a lot of ressources, technologies, etc,. that should strongly contribute to the final number.

Also, don't you think they had some influence for BC to build a new powerline, new highway, new bridge, etc.?

Like it or not, Teck is a big stakeholder in that region and I'm glad we will benefit from 25% of it one day.
