It might be a good idea to learn some TA. There are several good books and courses available if you wish.

CUU remains in an uptrend and has pulled back to the 50DMA. As a bonus, it has also filled the gap at $.325. This is very bullish over the intermediate term and has nothing to do with "games being played", "manipulation" etc.
