EG, I think 14.1 is pre-FS resource estimate and that you need to refer to table 14.2 for what was included in the 2013 FS.

If you compared 2013 M&I+I with the current RE, you will notice that today, the M&I equal the 2013 M&I + I.

NPV & IRR is definitely key, but doing calculations with more output for less effort is what will drive these numbers significantly upwards.
