TD and other banks own the Alpha exchange, I had this issue in the past where my bid showed on TMX and it traded lower on other exchanges and I did not get the fill. so they all send lots of orders over there, however I have made about 8 buys from the mid 20's recently thru .44 and all my bids showed up on the TMX and got filled there. Think just timing and computers.
