In my opinion,

  • Liard shares NPV (5%) based on 21 years only = $600M US 
  • 25% of the post-tax PEA NPV (8%) (excluding Liard) = $250M US
  • Milestone payments = $40M US
  • 2% NSR for the potential

Or something in that range...
