Some folks just like round numbers...I know this seems odd, but I'm one of those sh too. Buying 6 or 246 Shares is likely rounding, so chuck2 may have a point imho.

Some Brokers charge more than what these buys worth- poss. news & setting up for easy Cash money mental calcs...hmmm?
